Please note: We do not store any live location data from the driver’s phone. The location is used solely in real-time to track the vehicle and is not saved on our servers.

Real-time location data is collected only during active transport operations and is used strictly for live tracking, safety monitoring, and operational management within the Track My Tots platform.

Track My Tots collects only the information necessary to provide secure, verified, and real-time school transport management services. All collected information — including identity details, contact information, and live location data — is used solely for operational, communication, authentication, tracking, and child safety purposes within the platform.

Security and Data Retention:

The information you provide to us is securely transferred to and stored in our protected database and servers. Users have the ability to create, update, and delete their profiles at any time through the Track My Tots app.

At Track My Tots, we take strong measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage. We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. If you create a password to access certain features of the Track My Tots app, you are responsible for keeping it confidential. For your security, we strongly recommend that you do not share your password with anyone.Our app uses GPS technology to track the location of the driver's phone to provide accurate tracking of the route, ride status, and (estimated arrival time). While we implement strong security measures to protect your data, please be aware that transmitting information over the internet is never completely secure. Although we do our best to safeguard your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to the Track My Tots app or website—any transmission is at your own risk. Once we receive your information, we apply strict procedures and advanced security features to help prevent unauthorized access.

Deletion of User / Driver account:

Upon Login, on the menu bar, right before the logout, there is an option to allow user/driver to remove their account and all the information from the app. this function will allow to withdraw the account along with all of user/driver's personal info that is shared with the app, the account and the info will be deleted right away from our system.

Liability:

Our app assumes liability only for the matters outlined in this section. The app exclusively tracks the Driver's phone and showcases vehicle journey and real-time tracking exclusively within this scope.

Miscellaneous:

If any provision of this Privacy Policy is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

This Privacy Policy constitutes the entire agreement between you and Track My Tots regarding your personal information.
